70:30 Health is a wellness practice offering primary care, Eastern wellness services, robotic therapy, functional wellness assessments, and related health services. Our services are provided at our clinic in Cupertino, California and may include telehealth consultations.

The TCM constitution assessment and other wellness evaluations offered by 70:30 Health are wellness tools and are not diagnostic medical tests. Results should be discussed with a qualified healthcare provider.
Appointments may be scheduled by phone or through our designated scheduling platform. We request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or restrictions on future scheduling.
Membership plans (Silver and Gold) are offered on an annual basis. Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun, except as required by applicable law. Membership benefits are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify membership pricing and benefits with 30 days’ advance notice to current members.
All services are also available on a per-visit basis without a membership commitment.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and cash.
Certain services may be covered by your insurance plan. Coverage varies by plan and service. It is your responsibility to verify coverage with your insurance provider prior to your visit. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in understanding your coverage, but we cannot guarantee that any service will be covered.
All content on the 70:30 Health website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
